Silence
A chamber larp about religious justification and finding a new way
What do you do when your god stops speaking to you?
Ayllu is a place: a small, rural farming village.
Ayllu is a people: prehistoric, theocratic, isolated.
They are governed by the natural sounds of their home and the beliefs and rules they built up around them. When those sounds disappear, the known universe become a strange place and each member of the community must decide what really matters.
This larp is about traditions and when they stop making sense to individuals vs. communities; about feeling guilt for things completely outside of one’s control and pushing social boundaries; about coping with catastrophic change and cosmological uncertainty.
The larp is for 6-12 players portraying pre-written Ayllu characters and runs over approximately 4 hours.
